Kavel O Track 8 in Sloterdijk, designed by De Zwarte Hond, is part of the MO*town project. This sustainable and green building offers 82 homes and various public facilities on the ground floor. The building has a striking, stepped, glossy dark façade and consists of three connected volumes with galleries and walkways. This layout promotes social interaction and encounter, from the street to the top floor.

Sustainable features of the project include the use of recycled materials, integrated greenery on all floors, and solar cells in the glass balustrades. This project contributes to the transformation of Sloterdijk into a lively, mixed-use urban district.
