The municipality of Dordrecht recently placed planters at various locations in the city center. With this, the municipality aims to make the public space more attractive for residents, visitors, and entrepreneurs. The planters not only provide a greener appearance but also contribute to a more pleasant environment and increased biodiversity.
Because in some places trees cannot be planted due to underlying dikes, planters offer a practical and safe alternative. In addition, they are versatile and can be easily moved for events or work.
With this step, Dordrecht is taking another step towards a greener, more livable city center.
